Peter McCleskey provides tax and consulting services primarily in the real estate and construction, manufacturing, and professional services industries. He consults with clients on mergers and acquisitions, business structures, and tax planning. Peter serves as our managing partner and provides leadership and general oversight to the firm as a whole. Peter’s diverse background includes almost ten years in the sales arm of the IBM Company, six years as the general manager and sole shareholder of a vertically integrated agricultural manufacturing and warehousing concern, time in Deloitte’s research tax credit practice, and almost eight years at the helm of the firm he founded in Denton which was merged into KHA in 2012.
