Residents of Flower Mound and Lewisville have named Dana Haynie as the best Accountant – CPA in the Lewisville Leader 2012 Readers’ Choice Awards.

Dana joined KHA Accountants and Advisors, PC in 1999 and works with a diversified client base in the area of tax and consulting services. Her client primarily are larger businesses, their owners, and high net worth individuals. She is the primary contact for clients seeking consultation in the area of estate planning and compliance.

Dana began her career in 1988 at Coopers & Lybrand in Midland and Lubbock where she primarily provided tax services for companies in the oil and gas industry, professional groups, and automotive dealerships. She also gained extensive experience in the area of estate and trust compliance. Dana became a shareholder of Ken Hughes & Associates in 2003.

Honored as the highest ranking graduate in the College of Business, Dana graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting in 1987. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs, is active in the Flower Mound Rotary, and serves on the board of directors for Court Appointed Special Advocates.
