The following is part 26 of a multi-part series on The KHA Way, KHA Management Consulting’s Integrated Service Offering. This blog series includes the benefits of using KHA Management Consulting Services and the components included.

In our previous few posts, we discussed KHA Management Consultants final stage of the ‘KHA Way’; Continual Success. Here, we will briefly recap the components of continual success and encourage you to reach out if you are unsure of any facet of your organization’s future.

We first discussed three types of meetings that help organizations incorporate how they operate. The annual strategy session is the big two-day meeting that occurs at the beginning of the year that sets the goals for the year to come. The quarterly strategy session is aimed at breaking the larger goals down into manageable chunks (targets) and monitoring those targets to completion throughout the year. Lastly, the weekly or biweekly tactical sessions, which are action-oriented meetings, break those quarterly targets into action items that are then disseminated down through each leadership team member’s respective team.

The reason we encourage organizations to follow these meeting cycles is to ultimately tune the entire organization towards taking on and completing strategic initiatives. This, ultimately, helps the organization get to a point where the current leadership can exit, either through retirement or through a sale of the business. We also discussed other ways that our KHA Management Consulting team can consult during exit planning. We can assist, through quality of earnings and normalization of earnings analysis to begin assessing the overall health and value of your organization.

Maximizing Your Itemized Deductions Under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act: A Strategic Guide for 2026

The One Big Beautiful Bill Act has fundamentally reshaped the landscape of itemized deductions, creating both new opportunities and challenges for taxpayers who want to maximize their tax savings. While the SALT deduction cap increases to $40,000 and new charitable giving options emerge, taxpayers also face a new 0.5% AGI floor on charitable deductions and limitations that effectively cap itemized deduction benefits at 35% for high earners starting in 2026. Success under the new law requires strategic multi-year planning, including bunching deductions in alternating years and carefully timing major deductible expenses to avoid new limitations while maximizing available benefits.
